19: Set up CollegeSavings accounts for kids

So that money is set aside and you get tax advantage

Steps

Name/IDWhy/Desc/Context
Pick which account type (529c, Coverdell, etc.) (20) In most cases 529c is best, but do some reading
Pick state to create accounts in (21) Usually the state you live in, but there are exceptions
Create and fund accounts (22) Front-load as much as you can afford
Get other people to add funds to accounts (23) Front-loading can put off when you have to ask again
Allocate funds to investments (24) Index funds are often your best approach
